New Hartford Garage Addition and Home Office
This new Garage Addition was set back 2 feet to help manage the scale of the expanded front elevation. The new Garage can hold 3 cars end to end. The upper level has a guest room, bathroom, home office and storage. I discovered that their local Zoning Regulations allow In-law apartments, so the addition was planned and approved with that as an option.

The Garage bay on the left is 3 cars deep with an office above.
A separate entrance to a Home Office is accessed by wide, welcoming stairs.
The North side of the Garage has stairs to Entry Foyer and Home Office. The stone Apron gives the garage door a finished look.
A garage door at the other end of the 3 bay garage allows easy access for the cars.
