Meeting on site helps us explore and illuminate the issues we could not deal with in a phone interview. This consultation will help you begin your project with clarity and confidence.
After we have had a phone chat about the goals for your project and determined that my services might be a good fit, we can schedule a visit to your home or building site.
Before the meeting, I will send you a questionnaire to review and a list of suggested documents to have available to get the most value out of our time together.
I will answer your questions about how the design and building process works and likely costs for design and construction. If needed, I will give you access to my network of building pros for further information.
This consultation typically takes about 2 hours and we will discuss your ideas in more depth and tour your home or building site. During the meeting we outline your objectives for your project. We will discuss opportunities and identify possible obstacles to your proposed plans and steps to take to overcome them.
At the end of the session, we will create a One Page Action Plan outlining the steps needed to begin making your dream home a reality. The Action Plan is yours to keep and use as you wish.
